   Always high level of food quality, friendliest service and lovely ambiance. This time we ordered Camembert a la braise for the table, beef cheeks, Toulouse sausage and Branzino entrees with endive salad and sautéed green beans on the side. The chef could accommodate my request for green beans sautéed in olive oil instead of butter, which I appreciated a lot. Branzino was amazing with crispy skin and melted in my mouth in tender mildly sweet flakes. I love how the chef cooks and serves the fish now.

   First time dining at Butcher’s House Brasserie, very happy we chose this place, lamb chops are cooked to the perfection, boned in New York steak is tender, juicy with great flavor, peppercorns sauce is better than the blue cheese sauce but still good. Branzino is delicious, fresh fried and grilled vegetables were delicious. Service Mr was attentive, informative and friendly!! Great experience!!

   This place continues to impress. Wonderful bartender who may be the nicest person in Orange county and top tier food. Always feel rejuvenated after going. Well worth the stop

   Pleasant, quiet place for a very good and hardy steak dinner. Service was friendly, helpful, and as attentive as it needed to be. Nothing snooty nor pretentious. We would go back.

   To many issues. 1 had to order complete meal all at once 2 carpaccio is cooked 3 3 little pieces of toast for burata and had to pay an extra 5 dollars to get one more. We had four people. 4 We were served almost everything at once verses what I wanted. 5 knives were dull and could not cut steaks well. 6 charge for extra sauces. 7 $600 spent and would not give a birthday desert. 8 chairs uncomfortable A lot more but not worth talking about
