   Everything was great except for sweetness in food that we did not like. Also wouldn't recomend calamari as that was really strange combination and we did not like it. Everything else was nice.

   We had a great meal with Marcus doing a fabulous job taking care of us My only feedback would be seating. The restaurant was wide open, only a few other tables in use and we were given small table for 2 when there was a plethora of tables for 4 available. The table was good and acceptable, it just would have been nicer to have been offered either a choice (with so many tables open it would have bee a nice touch) or been given a table for 4 so we could spread out a little. Several couples who came in after we were seated were also shown to a table for 2 and did ask to get seated at a table for 4, which they immediately got. It just would have been nicer to have been offered under the circumstances vs. having to ask.

   This was our second year coming here for our anniversary. This year was a little different cause last year they treated us like gold for our anniversary the waiter was awesome and acknowledged it and gave us dessert to congratulate us, this year even though we put it in the comments it was our anniversary they didn’t acknowledge it at all. Overall it was a good experience just not as great as last year

   Invited by friends, we'd never tried Butcher's Chophouse previously. Yes it was mud season, local discount timing (which is wonderful!) but the food was truly memorable! We brought a bottle of 2008 Cab, ordered 2 appetizers (Blue Cheese Chips and Tempura Green Beans) both were ample and yummy! Two filets, a small prime rib and a large one. Not so varied, but all were well received and at least half taken home. Cheers all around! Our server was efficient, attentive and well versed. No desserts as we were all feeling like we'd be 'rolling' out of the building.

   My group thought the service was excellent as was the atmosphere. It seemed a bit over priced for the food.

   Overall experience was good. My fiance order a steak well done and it came out med to med rate being a prime steak house you would expect them to know how to cook a steak. We had a great time aside from this.

   Arrived early for reservation and was told to wait in the bar and they would let us know when we could be seated. No one came and got us and when we approached the hostess she was flip and rude, barely able to utter a word, sat us down at a table, threw the menu's down and walked off. Not the type of experience we were expecting for a fine dining establishment. The waiter was excellent though!
