Bunna Cafe provides an ethnic cuisine that you may not have experienced as of yet – Ethiopian. A very special part of the experience is the Ethiopian coffee ceremony performed at events. Bunna coffee drives the Ethiopian economy so drinking coffee is not just a morning pick-me-up, it is celebrated. Another unique thing about Ethiopian cuisine is injera, a sourdough flatbread that is made using teff flour, or a teff/barley flour combination as it is made at Bunna Cafe. The traditional way to eat Ethiopian food is to use the injera as a scoop – no utensils. Try it, it’s fun! If you are looking for unique, plant-based food, this is the place to go.
