   Nothing special. Bar was ok. Menu was supposedly French but with little to no flavor. This is the third and last time we bother.

   Arguably the best overall restaurant in Dallas. Consistently wonderful food and top-notch service. Wine list is a bit overpriced but that seems to be the case at most high end places these days.

   After several lunches and dinners at Bullion, I can say that this is easily one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas. I love the Parisian Brasserie decor and dinner must start at the bar for expertly mixed specialty cocktails and a full bar including some French spirits you rarely find outside of New York or San Francisco's finest. Service was friendly and attentive and your conversation is not drowned in kitchen noise or loud music. An upscale clientele, but not flashy and definitely not stuffy. Good menu selections don't disappoint..

   We were afraid the atmosphere would feel "stuffy", but it wasn't at all. It's quite cozy with a retro feel. And the food was great! The four of us shared a few appetizers, which we really enjoyed, and each of us had a different entree, so we could try as many as possible. Plus, we had two desserts. Everything we ate was truly very good to excellent, and service could not have been better.

   The restaurant was beautiful. I had the tortellini entrée which was superb. My husband found the bison tough. Some of the wines I prefer were not available – It’s a French restaurant after all.

   The Bullion experience was superb. The wine choice was excellent. All the dishes ordered were prepared and presented expertly. Service was attentive. Pricing was over the top, but for a special night experience was worth it. My partner and I found the food delicious but very, very rich, more so than other French restaurants around town. A thoroughly enjoyable experience

   Bullion is absolutely outstanding. It is my favorite restaurant in Dallas. Great food and service. Bruno Davaillon has out done himself. Very nice bar and wine list.
