   We walked out. We had a reservation for Saturday night at 8:15 PM, for a high top and arrived about 10 minutes early. We waited for a large party to clear out from the hostess stand and were greeted kindly by the hostess. She sat us outside at an empty table, even though our reservation was for a high top. What I mean by empty was it was absolutely bare... No place settings, no cups, nothing. She said she'd be back to set the table and never returned. Instead, five other team members proceeded to pass my wife and I over the course of fifteen minutes without so much as glancing at us and our empty table. Two minutes before we walked out, one gentleman brought us plates, empty cups, and place settings. No one returned with water or anything. We finally walked out/away extremely disappointed, as well as frustrated, at the lack of care and attention of the staff. Needless to say, we will not be back. This is extremely disheartening as we are frequent Bulla customers. Hopefully they treat others better than they treated us.

   Bulla at The Falls has been one of my favorite restaurants for a few years now. Every time I go the service is excellent and the food is delicious. Highly recommend 100%

   Longtime customers dinners and hosted events baby showers and all! Bulla Falls never disappointed. We brought relatives from LA tonight and Erika made it easy was very attentive and served with a smile! BOOYA!!

   Everything tasted amazing! Only bad thing was we had to always tell someone to tell our waitress that we needed her. She would disappear most of the time!

   I’ve been a few times and was never really a fan but yesterday had to be the worst. The service was very very slow the waitress was not great. She was slow had to ask several times for water. Tried to grab her attention several times but she would just walk by our table and not even look at us. The food was very small portions specifically for the price. The place was so loud we could barely talk. The music was a bit loud but I think it’s just the acoustics of the building that just reverberates the noise and makes it worse. Don’t think I’ll be back

   Happy hours are different to other locations. They ran out of croquetas (their best dish), and my drink was missing 2 ingredients. Overall it was ok. The gables location is better.

    Ordered salmon told the waiter well cooked and the sauce on the side Well not cooked like we said and sauce on the top. The waiter did give us a credit for the salmon. I ordered the kayle salad with chicken and it essentially good. The tuna tarter was good
