   Food was good. Service was very slow and the waitress seemed confused about everything. Floors were very dirty, trash all around the restaurant floor. Many dirty tables that were not touched by staff the whole time we were there.

   Didn’t honor our reservation and then told us it was a 45 minute wait. Terrible service.

   Not bad. Not great. Chicken came out with a measly amount of sauce on it. For 4 people, only a little bit of carrots/celery with a ton of blue cheese was brought out. Waitress did bring more after I requested it. And hostess seemed hesitant to sit us when we said we had a reservation for some reason, asking a coworker if any tables were required for someone else? I had a reservation, shouldn't it be for me? Overall it was fine. Mainly went because they were showing the UFC fight that night.

   It was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Went for my sons birthday. So I made a 7:45 reservation for 4. Got there at 7:45 exactly, told the gentlemen I had a reservation, we waited 10 minutes to be seated. He finally sat us at a tiny table and I requested to be moved to a booth. He said sure, he didn’t move the utensils and menu to the booth, we had to do this ourselves. We finally get settled, placed our order, which was difficult because at that point the TVs were extremely loud. After placing our orders we waited for almost an hour before our food came out. The tables next to us, which was seated after we were received their food first. When I flagged down the waitress, she said she will check on the food. She came back with our food, which was cold, but at this point we had been waiting for an hour and wanted to eat. So I would say the food was great, my experience not so great. I will go again, it could have been an off day for the server and hostess.

   Went there at 8pm for dinner and it took over an hour for us to get our food. The waitress said it was because I ordered a black bean burger. I've ordered the same thing at different BWW locations and it took no time, so that could not have been the truth. They were short staffed and the restaurant was 3/4 empty but the tables were full of dirty dishes. We walked out 90 minutes later and had no time to shop in the area. Very disappointing and unless my next meal is comped, I have no reason to return.
