The wait for our food was a little long because of some issues in the kitchen but our server Austin was all over it and got everything rolling out for us as fast as it could come. Overall shoutout to Austin for amazing service and an amazing attitude really lifted the place up even when he was stressed and kept things going.

I love this location. The servers are awesome. My only problem is that lately I’m not getting checked into Open Table correctly. I know that many of the employees are not even aware of what Open Table is but they still attempt to get me checked in. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t. That is my only issue. We visit this location at least once a week and always enjoy our time there.

Love this place and the server that takes care of us each visit. She can tell us what we want from memory. She even corrected me once and prevented me from ordering the wrong thing, Lol!

Much better experience this week. New server was awesome. Assistant manager apologized for last weeks fiasco visit. Great job BWW!! Still one of our favorite places to eat! See you next week!

Per our waitress, staff was sent home because they were slow and then some large parties showed up and they were very behind and struggling to keep up. Food was cold, not made correctly, no drinks, was told some of our food was given to another table…it was a disaster! Assistant manager apologized for everything and for our server who seemed very overwhelmed and was making up some pretty crazy and faults stories about what all had transpired during our visit. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Hopefully next time staff will be better trained and have learned from their mistakes. And I’m sure they will as the general manager is awesome!

The staff did a fabulous job in keeping up with customer needs. All servers except for 2 called off! Servers did great and kitchen help delivered food to tables to help servers out. Great teamwork is what made our dining experience fabulous. Good job everyone!
