This location doesn’t actually need Open Table. We arrived at 5:30 and really didn’t see any customer cars parked and wondered if they were open at all. Food was as expected; we had the Brisket Tacos and Brisket Burger; with sides of Onion Rings and fries . Prepared and served well. I would stay away from the “off the shelf” generic fries and have chips and salsa or onion rings instead. Service was excellent; but then again no one was there eating or drinking.various sports on a couple dozen TVs. Separate bar area.

I’ve never understood why BWW is so slow. It doesn’t matter what I order they take over an hour to get food out to the table every time. It’s been a couple years since I ate at one so I forgot how incredibly slow they are. It doesn’t make since to take that long to make a salad and a basket of chicken wings. Maybe I’ll try again in a couple years if they’re still in business. The foods good if you don’t mind waiting for an hour or more.

We had a reservation for 6 booked two days in advance. Upon arrival, we were told that we had they we would have had to wait for two hours to be seated and that they would be closing early. I am confused on why we would have to wait if we booked a reservation. It felt like the hosts were very dismissive and unhappy to be there. They were rude and disrespectful.

We had reservations however when we arrived we we not seated and we’re told they were closed. We asked why we were able to make reservations and we given no exposition. Very frustrating being we drove 20 mins there just to be told that they were closed.
