Buffalo wild wings did not honor my reservation they say they do not participate. Therefore I had to wait to be seated and I didn't receive any points.

Per usual the environment on a Sunday for football was loud and rowdy which wasn’t an issue just some fans in particular but overall not that bad…the service on the other hand was horrendous. Our server never really checked on us and 2 of the 3 orders we placed were cold. We had informed our server about one of them only for her to bring it back to us hot but not because it was freshly remade, you could definitely tell it was just thrown in the microwave because the wings were hot and the fries were hard unlikely the other fries that came with our orders. That’s when we just wanted to hurry and and eat what we could and leave. Probably not going back to this particular location again.

Food was cold, very disappointing. But it was loud and beers were flowing si, depends on your plans for the night. Artisan food, nope...Drinks and wings with friends, yep.

My waiter was really rude. When I asked about specials he told me to look at the menu that I had already looked at when I still didn’t find it he said “it’s right there!”. I let it go maybe he was just having a bad day. Then when I wanted to add an appetizer he acted like it was such an inconvenience. Overall the food was amazing. I will be going back but will ask for another waiter.
