I loved Bud & Rob’s! The food was great, the ambiance was great and the service was great. I made a reservation and got seated right away. I order the shrimp appetizer and the blackened catfish with vegetable rice pilaf. So good! I have a pretty small stomach so I made it through the appetizer and about 1/4 of the entree. I would say they have good portions. Even though I didn’t finish the entree, took it to go and still ordered beignets! Omg! Highly recommend you give them a try! I don’t have any challenges to report on my end. Definitely plan on going back to try the gumbo, jambalaya and pasta. Enjoy!

We went in for a late lunch. The tiny space is charming, and service was very good. We shared the jalapeño cornbread - tasty but not much heat - and the fried shrimp po’ boy, which was delicious! The accompanying fries were crisp and non-greasy. The pinot gris was a perfect match with the meal. We would love to go back and try more dishes. A hidden gem!

The food was delicious and authentic Cajun. Nice selection of food to choose from on the menu. The beignets were the best I’ve ever had and an absolute must to try. The service was excellent. We will be back!

Bud and Rob's Bistro is a very nice, clean and quaint restaurant. We were greeted with kindness and a welcoming attitude. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. This dining experience was wonderful and well worth the trip into downtown.
