   We live just a short distance away from the Buccaneer and had a front row seat to its renaissance. This historic staple of Singer Island had been closed for a number of years while new ownership worked their magic. I must say Well Done! The renewed restaurant is tastefully done with clean lines yet with a warm and comfortable ambiance. We only stopped in for a beer and a small bite but the food was outstanding. The mussel appetizer was the best prepared mussels we have ever had. We shared a Buffalo Style pizza that was built in their wood fired oven. It too was very tasty. We topped everything off with a piece of banana cream pie and a cup of coffee… both were a perfect finish to a wonderful culinary experience. I can’t leave a complete review without commenting on the service… it was attentive and impeccable. When you visit Singer Island “you gotta eat here”!!!!

   Loved the menu choices. We had the Grouper Ciapinno and the Muscles Scampi - EXCELLENT! The outdoor vibe is awesome and so is the outside bar upstairs. Perfect for an after dinner drink and you can't beat the view. Scott was our waiter and he was one of the best waiters we've had ever! Thank you Scott - Jay & Karen

   Very creative menu and a fun, lively place! Parking is a bit of a problem but otherwise we had a great evening!

   We had an amazing experience at the Buccaneer Restaurant. The entrance & lobby are very unique & well appointed. Service was superb. Our waiter,Jay was excellent, made excellent recommendations and was very attentive. Our food started with delicious appetizers - beef skewers, yellow beet salad, shrimp cocktail and crab cake. Everyone totally enjoyed their entrees - roasted chicken, mussels with linguine, fish of the day, branzino. The pizza looked & smelt wonderful. We had outdoor seating with a gorgeous view! Later, we took a few steps up to the upper deck bar designed like the top of a yacht for cocktails and a beautiful sunset. The service we received from beginning to end was unbeatable! Manager was very friendly and visible & checked in with us many times We highly recommend the Buccaneer. Try it, you’ll love It!

   We were very pleasantly surprised that a restaurant so tastefully innovative could be so close to home. We enjoyed every bite and Jay, our server, was genuinely attentive and concerned. In fact, everyone working there made us feel they were happy we came. We’ll be back.

   Great new hidden gem in Palm Beach Shores. Jay, our server, provided excellent service. The food was delicious. Beet salad for an appetizer and Cioppino for main. Will definitely be returning
