   Had reservations for 3 and when we arrived they acted like there wasn’t a table for us. We sat at a bizarre little table. The hostess and server were very nice and the food was very good. Just disappointed on the table.

   This has become our go to place before a show. Food at a reasonable price. Food is always good. Lots of different burgers to choose from. Service is good. Eddie was our server this time. Excellent!

   Although Bru Burger Bar is mostly known for its hamburgers, we were extremely pleased with our dinner salads. The ingredients were very fresh and beautifully presented and came exactly as we had ordered them. Our server (Ella)was terrific! She checked on us regularly but did not hover and made sure we had everything we needed. This was my third visit to the downtown location and I will continue to patronize this restaurant for its quality offerings and great servers! Kudos!

   Very poor experience service wise - the food was fine but we were up charged for multiple drinks and the server couldn’t have cared less to pay attention to anything we asked for. Brought the wrong drinks multiple times, forgot food we ordered and was just a difficult experience overall. I brought my family here from out of town and was highly disappointed. Will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone else.

    An amazing menu of starter, salad, and burger offerings (including tasty vegetarian and vegan options). Four of us each had different entrees and everything was delicious. The service was fantastic and we had a perfect amount of time with a 6:15 reservation to enjoy our drinks and meal and arrive on time for a 7:30 show at the Aronoff Center.
