Chef Will Mooney is the co-owner of Brothers Moon, and he has been serving up farm-to-table dishes for over 15 years. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, you can expect nothing but the best for brunch, lunch and dinner. Try the sesame seared plancha grilled salmon, the "JW" burger or the grilled zaatar spiced lamb rack. If you're planning a large party, consider hosting it at Brother's Moon, or ask about catering options. Events are scheduled throughout the year, which includes learning cooking techniques from the chef himself. You can also stop into Brothers Moon for a quick bite to eat by browsing the take-out cases. Various cakes and pastries are available, as well.

I love supporting independent restaurants, and this one is definitely worth keeping around. Unfortunately, I don't leave close, but it's a good meeting place for friends who live in South Jersey. The salmon I had was delicious, as was the starting salad and the bread pudding dessert. The bread was to die for! It's a very comfortable place with excellent service.

Yummy Lamb Shank, others had scallops, and filet. All raved about their selections. Nice presentation. Loved the new décor and the comfortable noise level.

The blackbean soup (not as spicey as it previously was) and the shrimp and penne special were both delicious. The slice of the Black Forrest chocolate cake that I took home for later was also excellent.

The main question is unanswerble: Why haven't we been here before?!? A skilled touch makes for fresh, local ingredients adding up to a sum of flavor and presentation greater than the parts. A special mushroom night with the Shibumi guy showing off his fungi and answering questions table-side was a nifty bonus.

The food here is wonderful. The kitchen creates beautiful and delightful tastes - plus they are happy to accomodate my needs for gluten free meals. I loved the gazpacho soup and the scallops. Usually the service is good - the last time we went it was atrocious. The waitress was rude when we asked for a little more bread and water - we waited quite a while for our entrees. I will return as the service during our previous experiences was much better.

I have only been to this restaurant for Sunday brunch but the food has always been excellent. The wait staff, while eager to please, could benefit from more training.

I have been to Brothers Moon several times and have never been disappointed. I have a gluten allergy and they are so accommodating. I will definitely be back again!
