   Disappointing. Service was terrible, took over 1/2 hr to get a beer even after reminding the waitress multiple times. Pulled pork and ribs were ok, brisket was dry...Kids meals were awful, chick nuggets dry&cold and the kids ribs were inedible...now I know why the kids meals are free.....doubtful I'll ever go back.

   Ribs and brisket is outstanding. Also the fried green tomatoes and fried catfish are a must.

   Waitress sat us next to a bowling game which kids played for the entire hour we were there. Never asked us if we wanted to move to another spot in the largely empty restaurant.

   Excellent for kids, and wheelchair/stroller friendly. Great, fun ambience. Service was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and quick. Very close to Palace theater as well. Overall a great night!

   Dinner took 1 hour and half from when we ordered. After almost an hour half of ordering waitress told us a large party upstairs order was being filled and we were next. We had young kids with a reservation at 630 and served after 8pm. They served all food including apps all together at once and didn't seem to be fazed by it at all.

   We wanted a place close to the Palace Theater as we were seeing a show after we ate, and this fit the bill...right down the street. The atmosphere is pub like with a long bar, tables for dining, a dartboard and skeeball; the noise level was loud enough considering it was only 6pm on a Saturday night and the place was not crowded. We ordered the loaded fries as an appetizer which was great for two people and had a decent amount of pulled pork mixed with the fries. My hubby got a BBQ burger and I got the brisket sandwich. We both felt they were overpriced at $15 each for the size of the sandwiches and the small side that came with them. I asked for the lean cut of brisket, but found my sandwich to be very fatty, losing about half of it to the fat I pulled off the meat. My husband was not impressed by his burger. The BBQ sauce on the table was very watery. We checked the table next to ours to see if the consistency was better, but it wasn't. Overall, the experience was okay, not great. I would probably look to try a different restaurant next time.

   Our food and beer were great however our waitress left something to be desired. Often our drink order would come out well after the food that we ordered at the same time was already eaten. Otherwise it's a great atmosphere and a great spot to watch a game.

   Been here several times and have always been very satisfied. Barbecue is the best around. Great value also. Bar scene with great food. Would highly recommend.

   Cool decor, setup more bar oriented but was comfortable to eat with my children. Euro soccer final was on and the hostess was conscious enough to ask if we would like to sit towards the back. Service was attentive. Food took a little long but over was solid. Had brisket sandwich, chopped chicken sliders and pork loaded fries. Overall was good but we were not fans of the pulled pork. Was wet and mushy. Manager did come by to check on our experience but we did not mention the pork. I would come back and experience again.

    Slowest service ever....late afternoon lunch with barely any other tables. Don't understand the delay. Waitress said food made to order so takes longer than at other places. Sorry I don't buy that...a lot of restaurants make food to order but don't take that long.
