   Nothing remarkable. House wines very average and marked up so greatly as to be a form of aversion therapy. More menu choices and better wine prices are needed. Overall, okay but saved by the harbor views.

   We had reservations but were seated in the covered deck. The swordfish was good but we didn’t care for the salsa and guacamole. The clam chowder and salad were good. The major disappointment was the wine. Poor selection of cheap wine that was three times overpriced. It kind of ruined the otherwise nice meal. I informed the server that the wine selection was a disappointment and urged her to tell management. I would say whoever picks the wine can’t possibly drink wine! I’m sure we will return but we will order beer or bring our own wine and pay the $20 corkage!

   Always enjoy the seafood here; it can be noisy when full which is often at dinner. All in all the best seafood restaurant in the Ventura area for the price.

   Well we love coming here for lunch, But this time it was dinner, Love the mahi-mahi but not like what they have on the menu . I don’t like mango salsa , so I get it blackened with drawn butter it’s so good ! But of course this time I asked for it to be blackened and what I get not blackened , it came with mango salsa ! Now my wife food comes and now I have to wait for my food to get Redone . Yes they fixed it but now they have it with blackened Mango salsa ! Please can you get it right ! The first time?

   Fun spot, started at the bar door some happy hour treats. Moved at an outdoor table with another couple for chowder and fish tacos. Reason for 4 stars on ambiance was standing heater was out of gas with no backup on hand.

   Excellent local and view. Service exceptional but we had told server we had appointment to make and had not much time. Food outstanding except fish soup - both a little heavy.

   Food was alright but not worth stopping at. We both had the clam chowder which was good but I’ve had much better. For my meal I had the crab cakes. The outside of the crab cake was a fried breeding which I was not a fan of. Service was mediocre. After we got our food the waiter chatted with another customer for over 15 minutes, completely ignoring his other 3 tables. The only redeeming quality of the restaurant was the view of the harbor.

    It's much better than some of the reviews I read before choosing this place. Food was great, but gotta say the clam cakes were not as good as we expected, and although the steamed clams were delicious....they need to wash them better. Found them a little gritty. We asked for a larger table as there were four of us. The long tables at the window are for non-reserved guests? So if you make a reservation, you get crammed into a 2'x2' table....we had to put the condiments on a borrowed chair just so our appetizers and food would fit on the table. But we were with good company, the service was actually very attentive, and despite my critic, it was a good time had by all. They brought my wife a huge slice of ice cream cake for her birthday. Good choices of wine and beer along with other cocktails. I would certainly hit them up again. Overall....pretty nice place.
