   We had a 5:00 reservation. After waiting 20 minutes to be seated, we left at 6:15, having never received food.

   We had a reservation for 4:30 . 6:15 we still didn’t have our food … we had a play to be at at 6:30. We had to leave . Other customers were walking out as well. Won’t be back horrible service.

   Very disappointed in the service and the food. Had been good in the past. I suspect a lack of staff was a significant contributor. Sad.

   It took our table of 5 (with a 3-year old) almost 2-1/2 hours for dinner. Service was incredibly slow and food was only okay when it eventually arrived. There were two big parties on a busy Friday night and the management had clearly understaffed for the evening. We had to ask several times about everything from our food to our bill. A very frustrating evening for a birthday outing.

   Great waiter and awesome table that we could enjoy each other’s company! Food was delicious and the limoncello lemonade was scrumptious!

   Waited over 10 minutes for a hostess to show up front. Waited 30 minutes before we saw our server. Waited over an hour for our food to come and finally had to leave because it still wasn't ready and we had a show starting at Eccles. Being at the restaurant 2 hours before a show across the street should be plenty of time to at least have food on the table. First and last time we give this place a try.

   Excellent lunch, amazing service, and delicious food. I was amazed at how quiet the restaurant was during lunch hour, which allowed for table conversation to easily flow among each table. A great experience, and will be dining for lunch again soon

   We always enjoy going to Brio after a Broadway show at the Eccles. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating.

    My wife and I enjoyed our meal overall. We were among the first diners of the evening, and this seemed apparent in our initial glasses of wine, which seemed to have been poured from a bottle opened on a previous evening, and in my wife's wedge salad, which showed some rust. Our entrees, however, were fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. Our server was pleasant, helpful, and attentive. Brio is an excellent place to eat before performances at nearby venues.
