   Excellent food and great service by Dominick. The restaurant was very quiet.

   On March 15th four of us went to Brio before a show. Everything was wonderful. Yesterday we returned to Brio before attending a show. Our waiter, Nick was wonderful. We all ordered what we had on 3/15. The chicken dish was burnt and had to be returned to the kitchen. Our friend ordered a different chicken dish but by the time it was served the other three people finished their main course. My lasagna noodles on the edges were hard and could not be eaten. When we asked Nick what happened he replied we have a new chef and he is still learning. When we finished our main course it was time for a beverage. The two men ordered decaf cappuccino and were told the machine was broken. They then ordered decaf coffee and Nick returned to say they do not have decaf. The experience was not pleasant. Nick was a very attentive and knowledgeable waiter.

   This was my fourth time at Brio, and it was not good. The chicken limon was not seasoned, it was very bland, and the pasta I requested (instead of mashed potatoes) was equally bland. I also was not offered any Parmesan cheese, but after I requested it, it came when I was almost done with the bland meal. Service was not good, with hardly any concern after the flavorless food was brought out. I didn’t think it was possible to make Olive Garden look good, but Brio did it while hit a new low.

   La nourriture était excellente et l’ambiance sur la terrasse était parfaite . Notre serveur Shawn était vraiment remarquable un service courtois et professionnel toujours agréable avec nous c’est le meilleur serveur que j’ai eu à ce restaurant .Un gros merci à Shawn il mérite 5 étoiles et plus

   We ordered the Tuscan grilled pork chops and they were dry and had very little taste, that was $36 and then we ordered a chicken dish which was also dry and $30, neither of which were close to being of good value. The bread tasted good, but was late to being delivered to the table. For this being a $70 meal, it was absolutely not worth it.

   Le serveur semblait à ses premières armes et sert la soupe et le repas principal , en même temps!!!!!!

   We had a 5:15 reservation. The food and service was very good. When my friend and I went to the ladies room it was messy, no toilet paper in the handicapped, one soap dispenser was empty, used paper towels and toilet paper were on the floor. We told the lady at the front desk and she immediately went to check out the situation. The manager came to our table to say was sorry for the mess.

    Had brunch for the first time at Brio. Tried the Berries & cream waffles, which was fruity and delicious.
