   I was so very disappointed in the Easter Buffet. The beef and pork were so overcooked and overall not worth the money charged. I am a big fan of the Bridge House regular menu and would recommend the establishment, but I would not come back for a buffet after this experience.

   We were seated in bar area, very noisy. Out waitress was great, didn’t rush us. The steak was more rare than medium rare, as ordered, but still good. Overall an enjoyable evening

   Waitress seemed overwhelmed and service was slow. We had to ask another waitress for bread for the table and then it took her a long time to come and take our dinner order.

   I’m usually pleased with overall consistency at BH but last night was disappointed. My party of four adults was in no hurry and would have been perfectly happy sitting and chatting over drinks while waiting for our turn to order food and be served dinner. We waited 25 minutes to be served drinks from the bar and I suspect mine had been sitting for a while because the ice was melted and the drink diluted. Sat with an empty glass for another half hour and was offered the opportunity to order a second drink as my meal was served. I declined since I knew that drink would not arrive until dessert, and besides I would have enjoyed a second drink BEFORE dinner, not during or after. BH could have made another $60 in drinks off us if only the service was attentive and prompt. Also the meal size was unusually small — I left hungry and went to another restaurant for a burger after. Everyone in my party was disappointed. Maybe the slow service and small portions were somehow related to a party going on downstairs; I don’t know and frankly it’s not my problem. I hope this isn’t the beginning of the end for BH. It’s too expensive for me to patronize and receive poor service and leave hungry and thirsty.

   I enjoy eating here. Food consistently decent and I like the diverse choices (spaghetti squash!); however, I can honestly say every tap beer I’ve ordered has been FLAT. I’ve sent back a few and received, yet another, flat beet. Since they are always beer from the tap - of which they offer a good selection - I can only conclude that their keg/tap system is faulty. Shame on me for expecting a decently carbonated beer despite all my past experiences. Moving forward I will always ask for a sample taste first and opt for a bottled beer if necessary. Beer 👎👎; Food 👍👍👍.

   Vridge House is a continuity. Their food is outstanding, very creative, delicious amd fresh.

   Went for my spouse's birthday. Service was fantastic, food was delicious, drinks were skillfully prepared. We got exactly the experience we wanted and couldn't be happier.

   Everything from our apps to entrees dessert and drinks were very good. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive.

    Good vibe and nice ambiance. Service was spotty, but sufficient, with one big mis-step. A main course should never be delivered prior to the appetizers being finished and cleared. This is a pet peeve of mine. Food was brought by a 'runner', and we told him "we haven't finished our appetizers". He just stood there and didn't speak, so we moved our appetizers so he could set the plates down, again he didn't speak. We communicated our displeasure to the server, who then seemed to be avoiding us. The busser "tall woman with reddish hair, was the stand-out in the dining room. On top of things, good eye-contact and communication. For the food: Starters were good (calamari and meatball). Main's were disappointing (twin lobster rolls): Fries were good, but lobster was very small pieces and flavorless; really insipid. Dessert (crepe cake was good). We may give them another try.
