Brick Fire Tavern is a Craft Pizza Restaurant, specializing in creating hand crafted Neapolitan Pizza paired with craft beer, select wines, and other hand crafted dishes. By definition, “craft” in the context of food refers to the expertise in making things by hand, and usually in limited quantities. With this as our core, we are dedicated to the art of creating combinations that work in harmony with each other. Our ingredients are homemade, and seasonal whenever possible, and our menu items are uniquely balanced and creative. Everything served from the kitchen has at least one element either cooked or finished in our wood fired brick oven. We have traditional pizzas, as well as our creative and unique pizza combinations which are both fun and fancy ways to use local and fresh ingredients.

We had Holiday as a server and she was so Delightful. All of our food was amazing! Meatball appetizer, pizza and vodka pasta. Also the pistachios cheesecake and cannolis were delish! Highly redolent but make a reservation on open table.

Nice restaurant w/o outdoor seating. Service was good. I am European, Italy is our neighbor, and for me pizza was "wet", plain taste.Far away from perfect. Dow 3 out of 5.

Haven't been to Brick Fire Tavern in a while; I am very glad we went back! We ordered the pesto clams and burrata/prosciutto as appetizers--the clam sauce was a tad salty for our tastes but the burrata and prosciutto were absolutely delicious. The porcini rigatoni was luxuriously rich and full of mushrooms and the spicy vodka and special browned butter butternut squash soup were absolutely delicious. We'll be back sooner than before!
