   The food was fine but overpriced. Happy hour, though advertised on their website, is only available if you sit at the bar. We were a table of 5 women in the middle of the restaurant at 5:30 when they were not busy. It took us 4 hours to get through the meal because they simply did not attend to us and were short and rude when we ordered. I had to ask for the check twice, and I had to ask someone time take our check after 20 minutes of my card sitting there and waiters walking right past us, and I had to ask for the check back 10 minutes later when it was sitting at the computer directly next to our table. The tables all around us were very well attended to. I don't know if it's because we were 5 women or because we didn't drink, but the service was awful.

   Very slow and not overly attentive service. Disappointing as our first visit here last August was terrific which is why we returned

   Always a treat. Grilled calamari and warm lentil salad are a must. Friends enjoyed daily special pasta dish. I a,ways stick with their pizza.

   Still our favorite neighborhood restaurant. We took my sister who lives in Italy, for dinner and she felt like she was back home. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, we had a great night. I really hope this restaurant hasn't closed.

   We enjoyed a delicious meal before going to a concert at Carnegie Hall. Service was excellent and we finished in plenty of time to walk to Carnegie Hall in the rain. We enjoyed the cuttlefish special and the salmon special among other dishes. Our friends had vegetable pizza and vegetable rigatoni which were both good. Bricco is a good value and a very homey kind of restaurant.

   We’ve gone here for many years. The service has been variable but generally good enough. But this time we brought young children with us. They were the last to be served, after we’d already had our main courses and appetizers. When I asked that their pizza be served as soon as possible, I got a gruff and unpleasant response. That’s not how to treat customers. The food is always good. Just the service and demeanor of those in charge needs to improve. It’s not too much to ask.

   The table we had was too crowded and noisy. I was constantly jostled by waiters and customers. The food was wonderful.

   The food was pretty good, but the service was slow and unfriendly. The waiter seemed to be angry that we asked him for a menu, so we could look at it while drinking our cocktails.

   I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. Rude waiters, and our order wasn't given to the kitchen. We had to leave for theater having had only a glass of wine each and a shared salad.
