   Some of the best Italian Food I have ever had! Highlights were the pimento cheese appetizer spread was like “God’s Cheeze Wiz”, the charcuterie board with pickled pimentos gave a nice twist, the Chicken Fettucine Alfredo was the best I have ever had, the hummingbird cake and the Signature Brewsters Blackberry Lemon Drop were amazing too. Great Service! We were late and they stayed there for us while cleaning up and the food was still amazing! I will be back when traveling through, might even drive up here from Kentucky just for this!

   Our Easter dinner, our first bittersweet year sans kids, at Brewsters was perfection. The newly redesigned interior is absolutely beautiful! Lighter, more modern, and elevated. It felt like a fancy restaurant, yet the menu selections and prices make it reasonable enough for a weekly visit. We talked about booking reservations for the whole summer because Brewsters outdoor patio seating was already the place to be but will likely be even more popular now! Beautiful tulips on the table. A rosé for me and a martini with blue cheese olives for him. Our server couldn’t have done better. We started with a generous charcuterie board which was enough for dinner on its own! My husband’s smoked halibut and my rustic steak salad were delicious, and again, generously portioned. Can’t say enough about our experience. Outstanding!

   They’ve been under reconstruction for a year and a lot of it is not done yet including the bathrooms, but what they do have open is very nice and comfortable. I don’t fully understand how they can charge a 3% convenience fee assuming it’s for a credit card usage but the fee seems to be higher than what the credit cards charge restaurants from my experience, if you’re gonna post it as a convenience fee, my recommendation is as far as marketing your product eliminate that and if you have to increase your price, a couple percentage points on your items to cover then do that

   Not only was the remodeling beautiful and impressive, but the staff had a special 'glow' about themselves. It was a real treat to get back there and enjoy the total surroundings.

    Service was outstanding! Sat right by the fire and the overall ambiance was perfect for a date night! Best drinks and pasta we’ve had! The chefs were on point from the appetizers to the desserts! Definitely going back soon!
