   I ordered the shrimp tacos and the shrimp was cooked too long. My husband ordered the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich and he said it was really good. Drinks were good, service good too. My only complaint is that we went to the restaurant in New Albany and had two gift cards. Our server tried to use the first one and said there was a problem. She then went to the manager to see if he could help her with the gift card. Upon her return she informed us that they got a new system and couldn't honor our gift cards. So what if we had gone to the restaurant with no other form of payment and were simply relying on those gift cards? Of course we had our credit card with us, but management didn't offer us any sort of discount for their error. This was disappointing as it was not our fault their system had a glitch. Will we be back, yes, and hopefully we can use our gift cards next time!

   Dami ( Danny?) was our server and she was the best waitress we’ve ever had there! Food was great. One more game table would be nice.

   We have had multiple experiences here where burgers that were supposed to be well done or chicken patties came and were completely raw in the middle. I think their grill has uneven cooking temps on it.

   Our server was excellent. She checked on us regularly and was very efficient but also friendly. Most of the food was good but the chicken on the chicken sandwich seemed undercooked and rubbery. The scrambled eggs were brown from being overcooked.

   I had the brisket, chicken and steak tacos. They were excellent!

   A great physical space in a prime location across the street from the McCoy Center. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately, but then left waiting for 30 minutes without our first beer. Our server was apologetic, but there must be some staffing or systems issues. Restaurant was not overly crowded. Food quality was quite good. If you go, I recommend going right to the bar for self-service.

   My bam bam chicken was dried out and hard to cut and chew…like jerky. Wasn’t as tasty as when I ordered it a few weeks ago. Cobb salad was ok. Food is way over priced for what you get. Beer and service was great!

   Since you can buy the beer in stores no need to go there for the food. Slow service, out of product, and hsd to get bill corrected sfter the waitress said she say mistake too but didnt fix it

    The food and drinks were great, but the service was not good, at all. We walked in and the hostess told us that they were reservation only due to a large party and the craft fair the were hosting. We walked around the craft fair a little while, and I saw quite a few open tables and tables being vacated. I then went online and booked a reservation for less than 15min from the time we walked in. The same hostess that turned me away less than 15min ago then honored my reservation and sat me and my family. That hostess could’ve easily offered to take our names down and sat us, in 15min. She didn’t offer to solve the problem, she just took a way out of dealing with it. The kitchen was backed up because of the large party and we waited longer than I would’ve expected for a pretzel, grilled cheese, chicken, and some beers. I’ll go back, but I don’t have high hopes for my next visit.
