A multi-regional Italian Osteria by Chef Angelo Auriana & Matteo Ferdinandi, BRERA Osteria at The Grand Canal Shoppe at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is a hybrid of an informal osteria with rather formal cooking in an elegant setting.

A concept influenced by the artsy-cool BRERA neighborhood in Milan Italy, it displays Chef Angelo’s personal culinary identity that emphasizes on the importance of the highest quality fresh ingredients and the use of cooking techniques that are meant to highlight their true flavors and presented in a minimalistic way.

The Cuisine represents the synthesis and the complexity of the cultural heritage of the Italian people through their traditional local recipes reimagined in Chef Angelo’s style that today defines his contribution to contemporary Italian Cuisine.

Decent food but over priced considering the total experience . Really recommend the pizza and salads over the over priced entrees and appetizers.

The $30 tasting menu is an absolute bargain. Portions are fairly large so be hungry when you go! Our server Rosie was fantastic - so personable - she really elevated our dining experience. We’ll be back!

We loved the pizza and salads at Brero. It was delicious, and we would definitely come back again! The St Marks square is a very fun dining environment, we love the Venetian mall!

Very creative food ! Great location to experience the Saint Marks Square entertainment plus just mirror hundred feet from the gondolas… Portions are very large.

The food was delicious, service good too. I took advantage of the pre-theatre menu and was worth it. But get there before 630, it fills up with conventioneers.

Stopped in for a bite after a day of shopping. The squash blossom was delicious. Also shared the pizza and the branzino, both good. The tapioca panna cota was amazing. Great service.

Food was mediocre, server was great. You're seated in the middle of the plaza... crowded and bustling. Tables too close together. Our busses was the shining g star. Waitress was good too. Pizza, pasta, salad all less than good. Not worth it.

We had a great meal here. Our server was very enthusiastic and helpful in picking our meals. The Veal parmigiana was amazing and unlike any other we'd had. It is enough for 2 by itself! The white pizza was also great. The only downside had nothing to do with the restaurant- the Venetian had some musicians playing very loud electric violin on the patio next to the restaurant which took away from the ambience. Prices are typical for the strip .Overall we liked the restaurant a lot.
