   I was looking for a festive Christmas Eve (morning)brunch. The food was fair. The waffles were fine, but you made your own like you were staying in a Days Inn. They were making omelets, but they had zero taste! I’m not even sure the eggs were real. Most food items just tasted watered down. We were cold - never took off our coats. The breakfast with Santa was a opportunity to have your picture with Santa for more money. I will not do this again!

   Absolutely wonderful. If there waa a drawback it would be that the atrium area was cold but we all just kept on our coats and the ambience lent itself to the holiday season.

   This was our 3rd year in a row. Previous years there was a DJ who mad so more interactive and fun. This was nice but lacked the energy of previous years.

   This was our 3rd time attending Breakfast with Santa! We enjoyed it so much in 2020, we've made it a holiday family tradition. The atmosphere is festive, fun, and friendly. The food; oh the food is delicious and plentiful. There is a vast variety of food available at the various buffet and table stations. This year we discovered the chocolate fountain and the kids were amazed! Santa & Mrs. Clause are straight from the North Pole. Such fun memories! Brav-ho-ho-ho

   We were very excited for this experience and unfortunately, quite disappointed. The website claims that there are activities and cookie decorating. It also shows pictures with Santa mixed with the kids. None of this happened. Santa was off to the side in a photo area roped off and you could only talk to him if you paid $15 to have your picture taken with him. Food was good and they had a great selection for kids and adults. The issue which I know was out of the hotels control was the temperatures. It was freezing in the lobby where they held the event so we ate with hats and gloves and jackets and were still cold. The food turned cold very quickly, even with food warmers. Overall, just not worth the price when you’re basically paying for a very overpriced buffet to be in a somewhat close vicinity to Santa.

   It was not at all like it was last year. My family was bummed out there was no activities like there was last year. The atmosphere was not like I remember.

   Not something we will do again. Santa did not greet guests or walk around. Very disappointing for my kiddos, who asked if “Santa did not like them.” Do not recommend.
