   Great experience!! Loved the atmosphere and food was very good! Loved having this nice place in our small town. Wish it had a bar! Other than that kudos to the owner! You are doing great!!

   2nd time at Brazil Gourmet Pizzeria & Grill and we were not disappointed. Beautiful ambience, great host, delicious food! Thanks to Philippe and the team for a wonderful night out!!

   Nao tenho o que reclamar, comida e atendimento de primeira qualidade, so o preco de crianca que achei caro, minha filha tem 11 anos e tive que pagar o preco de adulto, ja que ate 10 anos e de graca, pelo menos teria que haver uma faixa etaria para pagar pelo menos a metade do preco ou um valor inferior ao de adulto. I have nothing to complain about, the food and service are top quality, the only thing I found expensive was the child price, my daughter is 11 years old and I had to pay the adult price, since it's free up to 10 years old, at least there should be an age range to pay at least half the price or a lower price than the adult price.

   Always had great experiences here and the AYCE nights have always been a steal, however tonight was our first “meh” experience. We requested the main table seating last week, but I guess due to our party size got moved to the front, understandable. We brought a friend to expose him to the different pizzas types to get a feel of what to order moving forward as the signature pizzas aren’t cheap. The AYCE slices seem to be half the size of what they were previously, again inflation and all that, I get it. What I did not get was the slower service, even in the first hour we were there prior to the crowd showing up. I asked 5 different people for a coke in 30 minutes, finally got it. My wife ordered a water and received it 45 minutes later. And lastly the AYCE options, again we brought a friend for exposure and while the dessert pie options were diverse, I felt like we were only offered chicken, Sicilian, 4 cheese, or corn pizza the rest of the event until the very end got our hands on some steak and onion. Not sure what happened tonight, but my wife and I have been going here for years and always have an excellent night out, going to give them the benefit of the doubt and just say it was an off night, but it was definitely a different experience than we were used to.

   Terrible service, more than an hour waiting for the food, even though it was made right at the beginning. When we arrived at the place, we had to complain at the service counter about our order and we still received pizza with a raw crust, where not even the waiter knew where our order went.

   Great menu options, good service and good ambiance. Food was good and authentic, but unfortunately served cold. Enjoyed the leftover pizza more than at the restaurant after some time in the oven.

   We have eaten here many times - a few times in and multiple times take out. Food and service has always been good previously. Sadly service was lacking this visit. I don't know if the wait staff was new or a lacked training, but communication was poor and service slow. Including our group of 8, there were less than 15 people in the whole restaurant. Two of our group ordered coffee. There was no cream nor did the wait staff ask if we wanted any. We ended up asking for it and it took 20 min for them to bring it out. During this time there was NO communication or any explanation of the delay. Our food took about an hour to come out - we ordered a few pizzas and steaks and one salad. I would say that is not unreasonable during peak hours, but given how few customers there were it seemed excessive. Again, no communication during this time about the status of our orders. When food did finally start coming, it did not come all at once: There was probably 10 minutes between orders. The food (when it finally came) was delicious as always. We were given a complimentary appetizer soon after we first sat down which was nice, although the portion was rather small for our group size. After the meal we told the server there was a birthday and the staff did a little parade and brought a complimentary little dessert for the birthday person. That was fun but was another 10 minute wait. When they brought the check we were told the gratuity was already included (which is not great when it should be determined by the customer based on service). Hopefully this was a one-time issue and service is better next time.
