   Our family of seven waited one hour and 20 minutes for our food after the order was taken. The food did not all come out at the same time and there were several order mistakes. We have been to this restaurant numerous times over the years and never experienced a visit like this one.

   This visit was super disappointing. After a year without going to bravo we returned with our baby and the experience was super bad. We arrive 12:40 at a Sunday when the restaurant wasn’t even full and we have to wait more than 1 hour to receive our food. We saw just 3 people in the kitchen trying to manage the orders but they couldn’t. The late was so bad that we need to order to go the food because our baby became tired and we need to leave. Also the prices increased and the size of plates decreased. Super disappointed and probably won’t return.

   I enjoyed my chicken pharm but my cousin got chicken marsala and he said it tasted burnt.

   The restaurant called me to confirm my reservation and I confirmed. Once I arrived at the restaurant I was told that I didn't pick up the phone. My party and I waited 20 minutes to be seated. We were told that the kitchen was backed up once seated and required to order with our appetizers. We ordered and our food was cold and half of the party had to wait on their food. The server was nice. However, it seemed as if she needed assistance on the floor.

   We used to frequent this Bravo but hadn't been in years, we thought we would try it again today. The place was a little worn and dingy feeling. It had been a while but the floor was very sticky and everything looked like it needed updating or at least cleaning. The server was prompt and professional and did a good job. Our food was OK except my husband's salmon which was burnt black on one side but raw in the middle. It was served non burnt side up so he got a bite of charcoal on the first bite before he knew to only eat the top side. The food overall was lukewarm except a pasta dish that was hot. Perhaps the other dishes waited for the pasta and started to get cold. We observed many dishes languishing on the counter because they either don't have an expediter or they weren't doing their job. Bravo used to be good but has gone way downhill. Disappointing.

   The food and service was fantastic.! Our waitress Anita was so attentive and kind. We will be back again soon.

   All 3 entrees we selected were delicious. The server was attentive and responsive to our requests.

    I am gluten-free. Yes, Bravo is an Italian themed restaurant but I have travelled in Italy, France Israel, Jordan, Great Britain and Ireland, to name a few. Everyone has gluten-free pasta and bread. France is the best for that. Even Olive Garden has gluten-free entrees. I could not have the steak because it was Friday in Lent and many Christians do not eat meat on that day. I ordered a dinner sized Cesar salad. Very small portion. My guests ordered a seafood selection that they said was good. I also ordered a chardonnay. I would say, maybe, 6 ounces. It cost $19.!!!!!!!! Just house chardonnay. The bill came to $100. for two dinner entrees and the chard. I justa had a small salad. Go somewhere else.
