   Wonderful food and service for Easter Sunday meal. There were 6 adults and 2 children in our party and everyone had a great time. No complaints. They were VERY busy - glad we had a reservation.

   The team at Bravo did a great job with Easter. Despite having many large parties the service was excellent and the food was very good.

   We went for my wife’s birthday. I explicitly made sure that was communicated with our reservation. Our meal was chaotic at best. Appetizers were late (we waited about ten minutes for a sever, waited another ten or more for the first drinks and food) and served with the salads and our daughter’s dinner. My dinner came next but was 20 minutes or so from the time the salads came, we’d already finished salads and appetizers so we were just there waiting. My wife’s lasagna was last to be served and was another ten minutes- fifteen minutes from the time my dinner was served. I’d gotten a drink and was never asked if I wanted another. We’d all gotten water to start and were never approached about other beverages. The calamari was under breaded and slightly undercooked. We mentioned the amount of time everything was taking and they said they had some banquet downstairs. We skipped on dessert as everything seemed to be taking longer and longer. Our server was clearly not focused on the tables where we were and the manager never made the rounds to check on anyone. Not one mention, by anyone, of my wife’s birthday at all. I paid, tipped, and the server forgot to bring my card back. The manager tracked me down as we were leaving to hand me my card. Not the best experience at all.

   Bravo is a nice setting and ambience with decent service. Drinks are very pricey and the pasta dishes, though double the cost or more, are no better than Noodles and Company or what you could make at home with box pasta and a jar of good sauce.

    Eight top served in three different times. The first three people were done with food before the next two people got food and the last food was totally a crapshoot. I do not blame the waiter. He has not been properly trained by the manager… Management needs an overall
