   Sam was a great host and server. Food was excellent. Nice menu. Very enjoyable and reasonably priced.

   We love it here, great food and attentive service for reasonable prices. The sliders are a favorite, as are the crab fried rice and beef stew.

   Waiter was superb. Helping with clarifying the options for many of the items we were considering. The food was created with some interesting variations to what I have been used to eating in Vietnamese restaurants since the 1980’s ) both in other parts of the US and in Vietnam. The variations were subtle and beneficial. It was my wife’s 75th Birthday, and the Brasserie made it an enjoyable experience.

   Not worth the price, a bowl of pho can be made using the same ingredients and sell for much lesser price. Some places can also make much better pho…

   This restaurant was amazing when it first opened but yesterday the food was mediocre and the service very slow. It’s a real shame. Thought I had found a new gem in the neighborhood

   They didn’t have our order straight and it came in long delays. 3 soups ordered but only 1 came without 2 reminder.

   The service here was by far the worst I have ever experienced on any restaurant in OpenTable. It took longer than 45 minutes for the server to tell me that they were out of what I ordered. On top of that, three dishes on their menu wasn’t available to order. These issues were okay to look past if the service had at least been good. I didn’t get any of the drinks I ordered in the hour I’ve waited for my entree. In the end, all i got was an appetizer and my whole night was pretty much ruined from this experience.

   A breath of fresh air for our dining enclave in the West Village. Real food cooked in a creative Vietnamese manner. I’m hooked on the aubergine small plate. Everything we’ve tried in our two dining experiences has been a treat to the palate and the eye

    Two dishes were excellent this time: Lemongrass Aubergine and Namdudu (papya salad). Last time we were here we also liked the spring rolls. Other dishes pretty good but not outstanding. Will try more tho -- they have a lot of interesting food. Very very noisy tho last night -- and totally packed. Very popular.
