   We arrived at 8:15 with no table even though we reserved it via Open Table ; seems not enough staffs however it is a good place with cheap eats. It is not suitable for special occasion but more for everyday dining. We however feel that overall still a good place and was surprised at how cheap it was.

   All waiters were very friendly and attentive. We ordered the We Grill You Chill platter. The food was amazing and properly portioned.

   We had the high tea and as I don't drink tea which was included I asked if it can be replaced with coffee. The Assistant Manager showed his unhappy face and finally agreed to give me a cup of coffee. What was most disappointing was the expression of his face through out the afternoon. But the worst part was a waiter sneezing and wiping his hands on the apron and continuing to serve without using the hand sanitiser which was available at the counter. Over all an unpleasant dining experience. THe Manager Mary however was accommodating.

   The food is not good at all, ordered lamb shoulder, fat is more than meat. 70% fat, 10% bone, only 20% of the lamb could eat. Pasta also tasteless. Ordered a glass of wine, the captain was forget to key in the order. The dinner was end up very unsatisfied. Will not visit again.

   Excellent service. I appreciate birthday cake treat. The cake is so nice. Choices of food lunch buffet are limited. Please improve food taste. Some food in pots not warm.

   Been there for their previous dessert teatime; food is great and service is good. However, this time for the Bao-Tea-ful, the food is quite upsetting. All of us on the table are mostly serve with the pao dough and there are merely much ingredients inside. Beginning of the time they are quite attentive and after the first serving, we have to keep waving for them to fill up the tea and order more. There are also not much ppl during our dining time. Probably better not to come during festive.

   We were quite disappointed with the overall experience in Brasserie 25. The service was slow and the waiters weren't attentive and seems to be not alert to the surrounding. Our order was missed out, and I have to remind different waiters for 3 times. I would expect better service quality from Autograph Collection Hotels. Food overall is fair, the fried bun was too oily. Ambiance was good.
