   Had the best chocolate mousse ever here! I will go back for it. The beef burginion was not to up to snow the night we were there, but we like this restaurant very much and we will try again

   Bouchon was amazing. Everything we ordered at our table was delicious. The guys had steaks and they were prepared very nicely. I had the salmon and it was amazing. The ambience was quite nice also. I would definitely go back when I visit Asheville again.

   Bouchon never disappoints! The food is amazing, the servers are very knowledgeable and personable. We love this place!

   Bouchon has been my wife and I's favorite date night dinner spot since we've been together over the past 8 years. We are so sad to see it come to an end - it's been a magical 20 year run and we hope one day it will return for dinner!

   We shared the Mussels Parisienne then I had the lobster ravioli and wife had the quiche du jour. All recommended and done perfectly. For dessert we went with the bread pudding and profiteroles. Always great food, lively atmosphere

   Very disappointed. Both protein entrees were overcooked and the steak was so salty. The duck was cooked well done although we didn’t get ask what temperature we would like. No bread available either, unlike the other restaurants we enjoyed in Asheville.

   We went to Bouchon to celebrate our anniversary. We had the Steak au Poivre and Beef Bourguignon. The beef in the Beef Bourguignon was tender and the broth very flavorful, but I was very disappointed that it included several large chunks of potatoes and not the traditional mashed potatoes. The steak was also tender and cooked as expected. We both had the chocolate mousse for dessert. The mouse itself was very good, but I felt there were several unnecessary additions (I'm a traditionalist). There was a chocolate sauce decorating the bottom of the plate, and also drizzled over the whipped cream on top of the mousse. On top of that there were chocolate chips sprinkled on one side.

    The service was slow, and the food was cold and under seasoned. Downstairs was super cute.
