Chef Nathanial Zimet & the Boucherie experience reflect the passions & purpose of the people who make the restaurant possible. An early proponent in New Orleans of the maxim "fine dining for the people", Boucherie's cuisine is southern contemporary in inspiration, changing the bulk of the menu every 2 months alongside a rotating beer & wine list, with cocktails that utilize craft, & honor tradition. We butcher, smoke, cure, age & prepare all meats in house – & like most fine establishments of New Orleans we purchase from local agriculture & seafood purveyors when possible.

Delicious food, personal, attentive service. It helped that we were among the only tables in there most of our meal--which is a shame because it was incredible. My mom said it was the best meal we had in NOLA. Inventive dishes and so well done. Would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I were so pleased with this charming and authentic New Orleans restaurant. The chef and staff were delightful as was the great cuisine. Portions were just right and the prices were affordable. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
