   We go to Las Vegas once a month from San Diego we are Italian and the food at Bottiglia is very good. They have the best beef carpaccio that you will love. The service is also very good.

   Great meal! My husband had Chicken Parmesan which was large portion and he took half home. I had pasta with crab meat and I also took half home. Appetizer was Calamari so delicious. We like to go on Wednesdays and use 1/2 points or Sundays when have senior discount during certain time frame.

   Short rib dish is not short rib. Maybe chuck roast but it was soooo dry it probably was an even cheaper cut or a more expensive it that was sooo over cooked. Truffle Mac and cheese has bacon - not listed on menu Roasted rosemary potatoes are drowned on some sauce - also not listed on the menu. Brussels sprouts came out as listed on the menu. Steaks were overcooked. Service was poor at best. Waiter said filet did not come with any sides but ws served with a huge salad. I shouldn’t have ordered 3 contorni. No manager presence. At least the restaurant lighting was good unlike Ortikia. I used to love this restaurant. I haven’t been back in a couple of months. Looks like it will be longer before I return.

   I did not have a good experience at Bottiglia. The hostesses upfront were not friendly or helpful. They insisted the only available table was one with chairs taller than me (which made it extremely difficult to climb into), although the restaurant was quite empty. The sauces on the pasta do not taste homemade, definitely out of cans or jars. The temperature of all the food was lukewarm. My waiter seemed like he was ready to go home, definitely not interested in providing a great dining experience. The bathroom situation is bizarre. The quality of the food does not match the high prices. I will never return or recommend this place. Worst ever.

   Our server Jace was wonderful! Made recommendations and had positive fun energy. The food came out quickly and was delicious both in taste and temperature.

   I celebrated a birthday there last night and it was amazing. We had outside seating and the ambiance was so beautiful the music was upbeat. I am glad I went on a Wednesday there wasn't a big crowd. We made it there at 7:30 and they closed at 9pm and no rush. The food was great...and our waitress was a vibe. She was funny and knowledgeable about the menu and what taste good. We I'll be back

   I wish I would have found this place sooner. It is such a vibe. Whether it’s for a date night, girls brunch, or just a nice dinner. You will not be disappointed. Food was good, service was good. Atmosphere top notch.

    We brought our friends . It was their first time . It was our second time . The food and service were the best . My friends loved everything and can’t wait to go back . We all had a great time and the food was amazing .
