   On first appearence the resteraunt seems quite small, however upon entering we found that it had large spaces and excelent service, seated quickly. menu was amazing with wide selections to choose from, Food was perfectly cooked and arrived at the smae time. Outstanding. Was a hit with the female company.

   Really nice place, great atmosphere and the waiters were lovely. Shame it was so busy and therefore the service was slow but it didn't affect the meal too much. Okay value for money, but wouldn't go there unless for a nice occasion.

   The food at bottlelinos is always great however I had booked a table for two many weeks in advance for my latest visit as it was my anniversary. Myself and my partner were sat at the very front of the restaurant where people were hovering waiting for tables and constantly coming in and out. Considering we booked so far in advance I would have thought our table would have been a lot further into the restaurant and the service would have been better. I do understand that at times it can be busier than others but I was not as impressed as I have been previously with bottlinos.

   Had a lovely night out at our first restaurant in Bristol. Food really good. Will definitely return the next time we're in Bristol.

   When we arrived @ the Restaurant we found there to be a set menu at a set price of which was fine with some of us but not for my Mother Sister or Nephew. We asked if we could have the normal menu & were told it was not available on Valentines night so we had to make do. Then to our asstonishment the group of approx 10 people on the table right next to us have normal starters and pizzas brought to them from the normal menu, when we asked WHY this was we were to that they would have asked for this & was only available for people who had booked in advance, considering I booked this table some 3-4 weeks in advance I thought we would have qualified. We were never told in advance of there being a set menu and we were very disappointed with the reaction and explanations we were given basically saying it was our fault. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS !!!

   The food can not be faulted,good portions and so much to choose from the vast menu.The service was not quite as good,a big delay in taking our order even though they were not busy,the table we were on was stuck in the corner making it difficult for the waiter to get to some of the party and then had to pass meals across the table. I would highly recommend the restaurant as the food was excellent,but a few more smiles from the staff would have been nice.

   We had a lovely relaxing evening at Bottelinos in Clifton with friends. This restaurant is only recently been taken over by them - it's very spacious, light and modern. Online booking was very easy. The food was Bottelinos usual good standard and the service was very good, although the restaurant was not that busy. One of our party required gluten free food - which they managed easily (except pizzas). I would certainly recommend this restaurant.
