Bottega Pizzeria in Laval keeps the menu and the ingredients simple to let the natural flavors speak for themselves. The highlight of the entire restaurant is the wood-burning oven made from Vesuvian rock made in Naples. Each day, Bottega Pizzeria stokes the oven to a whopping 900 degrees that is able to cook an entire pizza in approximately 90 seconds. Two types of pizza at Bottega Pizzeria provide guests with delightful options. Pizze bianche has no tomato sauce and is topped with simple ingredients like sausage, mozzarella or arugula. Pizze rosse includes tomato sauce with classic toppings like mozzarella, artichokes, olives and oyster mushrooms.

Nous sommes des clients réguliers de ce resto, et jamais nous avons été déçu tant au service qu'à la nourriture. Nous sommes privilégiés de pouvoir compter un resto de tel qualité si près de la maison. Une belle variété de choix avec toujours la même préoccupation de qualité est de mise. Tous les amis à qui nous l' avons recommandé sont devenus des clients réguliers...

Pizza tasted great thanks to the wood oven specially imported from Italy! Ice cream for dessert was also great - really enjoyed it! Service was very professional - I actually expected nothing less given the type of restaurant that Bottega is, which is a nice and trendy pizza place that is probably packed on week-ends (it wasn't the day we went because of Quebec National day) The only negative is price. 106$ (incl taxes + services) for three pizzas, 2 ice creams and 2 glasses of wine... But if you want to eat a good pizza in Laval, that's the place!
