   App accepted & confirmed my Christmas Eve reservation even though the restaurant was closed. Not exactly difficult to update your hours, guys…. What a joke

   The venue is very cool, it’s set up like a sports bar. Unfortunately the pasta we ordered just didn’t taste very fresh and felt the food was overpriced. I would definitely go back for drinks and appetizers

   The waitress was friendly and quick with the orders, the restaurant was nicely spaced out with high ceilings and great tvs, and the bartender knew what he was doing. All of our drinks were fantastic! I would recommend this place and go here again myself.

   We had pre-ordered our meal and it was ready for us as soon as we came in to the restaurant. Our server was excellent, attentive and cordial. Thank you for the great service!!

    On Aug 6.2019 my family and I 10 of us decide to have dinner here, I decided to order the most expensive dish on the menu which was the New York Strip which turn out to be a mistake. This prob by far the most disappointed experience I had in a long time. I was the last person to receive my dinner and when it came the carrots, broccoli and cauliflower was visible raw & cauliflower looked dirty as well, I thought perhaps I saw wrong so I took and bite indeed was cold and raw, I didn’t want to complaint so I thought I just eat everything else but the mash was cold as well. I called the server over and hand picked the raw vegetable for her to feel and sent it back. By the time I re-order my food everyone else sat there and wait for me since they were all done. I left the restaurant still tipped the server however the Manager did nothing other than came and said I’m sorry. It’s shocking how a restaurant like Boston Pizza is capable of produce such horrible meal, doesn’t seem like the person in the kitchen knows how to cook or anyone is doing and Q&A before food leaves the kitchen. I wish I had taken pictures to show what the food looked like.
