   I made the mistake of ordering the dry aged Holstein Ribeye. I did not enjoy the flavor, and it was over salted, Ready for a northwest grassfed Angus steak from MOC after that. My wife enjoyed her Filet. Most red wines on the menue are young and I felt overpriced.

   This was the complete dining experience. I would highly recommend. Todd's knowledge of the dishes, wine and even wine was super impressive. I was very happy knowing that is was a great evening that I was able to share with my father who was out visiting. Would highly recommend.

    David (I think that was what I heard him say) was an excellent server who had lots of great suggestions. Our meal was served at a great tempo where we did not feel rushed. I am hard of hearing so I struggled just a bit with the noise in the upstairs location but I can’t hold that against the restaurant. This is our second time visiting Bos Taurus and certainly won’t be our last. Everything was excellent!
