   The smash burger I had was outstanding…along with the tallow fried French fries!!!! I will be back! Other people got the Filet and said it was cooked to perfection! We all gave it a thumbs up!!!

   When we made our reservation we hadn't been aware that this restaurant had only been open for a month. Sooooo... I think they are going to do well but need some improvements. 3 out of 4 of us ordered the 'catch of the day' - Halibut. Usually this implies fresh fish. Two of us had a salt and pepper preparation while the 3rd ordered the halibut with a sauce. All of our Halibut was over cooked and dry. Would not expect that at this price point and when having the 'catch of the day' which implies 'fresh'. The 4th in our party ordered the Smash burger with fries. He raved about both the burger and fries - special note... the fries are prepared using rendered beef tallow vs seed oils. We all were sharing the fries as they were delicious. Service was fine although the server was not aware that a margarita was made with tequila vs vodka and hadn't heard of tanqueray gin. The gin & tonics also came with very little ice so we asked for an extra glass of ice. I would assume these things will improve with experience. We would return and order the burger and fries for sure!

   I'm so glad this gem of a restaurant was added to Open Table. We would not have known about it but after a tough day and not wanting to cook, I went onto Open Table and saw Bonito Bistro listed. After checking the menu, which is very limited, we decided to give it a try. What a delight! We shared a Caesar Salad with a yummy lemon zest added. Then both my husband and I had two of their specials, which are offered every day and change with the market and season, not on the menu. I had the halibut and hubby had the branzino. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, accompanied by a fabulous selection of freshly cooked vegetables. We were so stuffed, we ordered the dessert of chocolate chip cookies (freshly baked) to go. Servers were attentive and excellent. We'll definitely be going back!

   The new owner was very attentive . Love the vibe in there. Hope he offers some summer happy hour specials. We enjoyed the halibut and lamb burger. Yummy!

   We enjoyed our meal at Bonito the food was really good and you could tell from the nuances And flavors that the chef is well trained Presentation was also good

   The food was excellent, we had halibut and filet mignon, both were excellent. We had the house made focaccia and it was delicious. Prices were very reasonable and the portions were very large.
