   Granted it was Father's Day weekend (Sat night), so probably busier than usual. Food was very good, but I was told what I originally chose off the menu was not available because of a fishing ban. Understandable, but please either take it off the menu or advise diners. Nothing worse than having your mind made up, then being put on the spot in an instant to choose something else.

   Good service, food, and atmosphere. Good option in the Villages. Don’t overlook the steak offerings.

   We go to this location quite often, but have determined that we prefer the one in Ocala, Florida. This particular time was quite slow and different attitudes with the servers who appeared all brand new. Did not see any familiar faces as we have in the past. The house salad was smaller than usual, as well as the lobster tail. However, the taste was/is always there, and that’s why we frequent Bone Fish so often.

   One problem..they did not have this reservation when we got there but did get us seated in a timely fashion.

   My sole with crab was terrible. Sole was dry The crab was nonexistent. Other dishes looked good. I expected succulent sole and crab in a rich moist sauce. What I received was vapid and tasteless.

   My husband and I frequent Bonefish Grill simply due to their consistency with food and service no matter what the location. The happy hour is available daily and includes great options for food & drink specials. We had great service at this location while we were visiting for the holiday.
