   Lovely restaurant, super food and friendly staff but they added a £40 cover charge to our bill ?!? How does that make any sense? It was not a strange time or out of hours. It was not a service charge and tip was additional, suggest checking this before making any booking.

   All food we got very tasty, and service perfect. They did everything they could for us 6 persons with different expectations. Value for money.

   A really lovely location for a birthday meal. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the decor. The food was delicious and I regret going safe with my usual dish as the menu is full of so many great flavours to try.

   Bombay Bustle remains one of our favourite Indian restaurants in town, and we will be going back again soon. The food is always delicious and the service is impeccable and friendly. Amazing place!

   This is by far the best Indian restaurant in London and I dine here with friends every few months. The food, service, ambiance is always excellent and it always gets a 5 star rating from me. However, not this time for the sole reason that due to Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act being introduced which legally obliges restaurants to pass on the full service charge to their staff, Bombay Bustle has reduced the service charge to 2.5%. But introduced a 12.5% 'cover charge' which the restaurant keeps and does not pass on to its staff. This is despicable behaviour. Any charges in addition to the cost of food and beverages should be passed onto the staff. The restaurant owners should be ashamed of themselves!

   Decent, but not how I remember. Had the sharing menu, but question portion sizes 4 bits of lamb and chicken in the curry's

   Wonderful hospitality, incredible food in a creative and beautifully decorated venue. We tried the prix fix sharing menu which were a wonderful exploration of flavors and textures, each course stylishly presented. We will be back and would recommend!

    The food at Bombay Bustle was good, but the service was awful. Our dessert had a piece of hair in it, and when we pointed it out, the manager just took it away without a word—no apology, nothing. He never came back to address it, which left us completely shocked. Then, when we asked for the bill, instead of handing it to us directly, he just gave it to a waiter to bring over, which felt dismissive. On top of that, after we had already ordered a bunch of starters, he casually asked if we wanted more food. When we joked that we had ordered too much, he himself commented, “Yeah, that’s a lot of food,” and then when we asked if we should order more, he just said, “If you want,” in a tone that came off as uninterested and unhelpful. The whole experience was frustrating, and the lack of professionalism really ruined what could have been a great meal.
