    Worst meal I ever had. The food had no taste at all. We may as well have not eaten anything. And service was non-existent. We never even saw our server. There was not even a host to greet us. We have no idea how this restaurant stays in business.

    The worst restaurant in downtown Chicago! The menu has 4 entrees and ran out of two on a Saturday night at 8:30pm. We ordered a bunch of appetizers that had no taste and bland. The only entrees that were left on menu were horrible in taste. Wine selection was also extremely week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant and needs a major make over for their menu otherwise it needs to SHUTT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

    This restaurant has gone downhill. We used to love the food but service and food were very disappointing this time. They ran out of the dish that several of us ordered (out of a very limited selection) and just threw down new menus and asked us to choose something else. Food took forever despite us being seated right by the kitchen. There were no options on the menu for one of my friends who is vegetarian and the waiter was not helpful in providing suggestions. Food was lukewarm when it arrived.

    Ultimately we had a fine experience, but the evening had a rough start. I booked a specific day because an email from the restaurant’s mailing list promised a special Bohemia menu that night. (I am of Bohemian descent.) When we arrived we realized that special menu had been changed to the following night and we learned the correction had been made on the website but no corrected email had been sent. The Chef came to our table and offered us the entree planned for the next night. We ordered it and it was delicious. Bottom line: keep your chef but fire your communications people!

    We enjoyed our casual lunch, but wondered if the service was always a bit slow. Food was delicious and we loved the interior setting.

    Please return the previous chef! Food was awful. Menu was changed and reduced and now it is not European/German kitchen. We were so disappointed. Last time visited November 2017 and experience was very positive but not this time. As previous reviewers said I agree food is mediocre. Only one positive moment-beer was fresh.
