   The drinks order showed up without alcohol twice. The shrimp appetizer was described as 16-20 grilled shrimp over asparagus( for $20 approximately). What showed up was 6 shrimp over green beans for the same price! I ordered a baked potato as a side instead of fries. It never arrived. After asking twice the waitress just asked if we should forget about it? IE they haven’t made it. The food we did receive was decent but not worth the price or aggravation.

   Everyplace here is $$$$$ so just enjoy the beautiful views and try not to be in a rush

   Service was extremely poor. With only 3 other tables filled at 8pm, we had to wait for 40 minutes for cocktails. We had to request bread and water. I ordered a bottle of red wine (Stags Leap) and the waitress tried to open a white. At the 1 hour, 20 minutes mark, only 2 of 4 appetizers were served (my wife wanted to walk out--it was bad). One appetizer was never served. All meals were served after 1 hour, 40 minutes of arrival. I admit that 2 schnitzels were very good, other meals adequate. Chef seemed more concerned with talking to a German couple behind us than acknowledging the slow service. Manager was nowhere in sight. Other tables also complained. There are too many good restaurants on HI to experience this type of frustration.

   This is a truly wonderful restaurant on the island. The fresh fish is fantastic and the apple strudel is to die for. The pricing is consistent with other restaurants on the island and the high quality make it a great value. I recommend the interior dining. The space is very nice. We had very good service from the attentive staff and it was a treat to meet the chef/owner Josef.

   Everything about our evening here was great! The service, the food, the presentation and of course the view. There is a very popular bar just across the walkway, but you can't hear the noise in the restaurant, so you're meal is not disturbed.
