The Bluewater Grill is a seafood restaurant and oyster bar that serves fresh, delicious entrees and has won numerous awards since its creation. The establishment has a strict set of criteria when selecting what fish and ingredients to use, thus ensuring that what makes it to each plate is as healthy and fresh as it can be. The owners of Bluewater Grill have stated time and again that they aren't in business just to serve food, but to do it in a way that is environmentally friendly and protects the sustainability of the fish's ecosystem. Guests at Bluewater Grill can order meals such as sea bon bons (sashimi-style scallops), New England clam chowder, fresh fish, Wagyu beef burgers, Alaskan king crab legs and lobster tails. There are also alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available.

    We love Bluewater Grill. The food is always delicious and the ambience at the Redondo Beach location was perfect for our special celebration.

    As usual our dinner experience was so GREAT! That's why we keep going back. The food was soooo good. We were celebrating our friends bday and they served him a BIG birthday dish of ice cream. The view of a particularly beautiful sunset was amazing. Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful. Everything was a "10".

    Had such a great experience last time we ate here that we decided to return again. This time we weren’t as impressed. Guest ordered the octopus appetizer and it was very oversalted. She didn’t eat any of it and when the bus person took it away, we asked for it to be mentioned to the kitchen and server. When I made the reservation we had requested a booth but they didn’t give us one. The booth they wanted to put us at was in the back. Guest didn’t want to make a fuss and I had not arrived yet so by the time I got there, they were already seated at a regular table. The rice was way undercooked on two of our meals but we didn’t complain and the server never asked about our meal.  I do love the ambience at this restaurant and the fish was cooked perfectly so we will give it one more try.

    The crabs cakes are the best. The sword fish was perfectly grilled and really tasty and the clam chowder was perfect to share. The service was great and will go there again.
