   The food here at Blue Ribbon is always great. My wife had the surf and turf and she loved that dish. I had the friend chicken and boy this was good. The two sauces really worked well with the chicken. We sat at the bar and David the bartender was fantastic. We will be back.

   The food and service was excellent. My sister is the one to eat sushi but there were a few items on the menu that were perfect for me. I had the Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken with Chili Sauce and Wasabi Honey. The chicken was crunchy and was served hot while the Honey was warm and tasty. We each had the Mai Tai. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Our server was very attentive even though she was the only one working the tables. The overall experience was wonderful.;

   Service was just excellent, the food quality was good but some of the fish seemed frozen before. All in all a good experience.

   This was the second time we dined at this restaurant. The food was excellent again. We had the 12 piece sashimi platter, the Gyoza and two of the steaks. The food was seasoned perfectly, cooked to perfection and the fish was super fresh. Our server was Deja. She always does all she can to make the experience worthwhile. We also met the General Manager, Ash, that took time out of her busy schedule to ask if everything was up to our expectations. This is truly a 5 Star restaurant!!

    We really enjoyed our early dinner of sushi, sashimi and various maki. Very tasty and a lovely setting. Sushi chef knew what he was doing and the "plating" on wooden boards served at the sushi bar was elegant.
