   Blue Ribbon is a classic in NYC for a reason. We've been dining with them in Manhattan and when we loved in Brooklyn as well. You know you're always going to get incredible food and service. Thanks for welcoming our daughter home from school on Friday night! Straight off the train and into the restaurant, what better boost than that? Gotta love that crispy rice!

   Excellent lunch special options. Tasty spicy gyoza dumplings, sushi was fresh and delicious. Attentive servers allowed us time and space but responded quickly when wanted. Kept water and hot green tea filled regularly. Very helpful explaining menu options. Overall very comfortable atmosphere and satisfying food. Will definitely return!

   I ordered the crispy tuna, miso soup and sushi/sashimi combo. I had a Kyoto matcha IPA to drink (did not like) and the lychee martini (did not finish because it was way too sweet, not sure what I was expecting). The crispy tuna was the best thing I had, which I feel is pretty low hanging fruit for a restaurant with this price tag. The sushi was also good but I didn’t care too much for the sashimi, it lacked specialty. The ambiance is really lovely in there. If I came back I would try the steak.

   Im never disappointed dining here. Brought 5 people for their first time and all of them were impressed and added it as their new “go to” restaurant.

   Gorgeous setting! Small and intimate so the room gets loud when it’s a full house. The food was great and the servers were spectacular!

    Came in for a nice birthday dinner before a concert and wow! Everything was stellar! The Crispy Rice is a must! I order it every time I see it on a menu, and this is by far the best I’ve had. The Blue Ribbon roll is also delicious, waygu gyoza outstanding as well. For dinner we each got a Wagyu, absolutely delicious. Especially paired with the wasabi mustard and bean sprouts. The roasted mushrooms and truffle Mac are 2 beautiful compliments to the steak. A wonderful experience.
