   Incredible food, drinks and service. We were absolutely blown away by the creativity and quality of the tasting menu. 10 out of 10.

   Loved this experience of the tasting menus only! We are adventurous so it was right up our alley. Also the music playing in the background was fantastic, and the chef came out to chat with us at the end of the meal, nicknamed “DJ Scallops”, who was a joyful person and clearly an extremely skilled chef. Served was attentive and so pleasant. This was one of our favorite dinners on St Thomas all week!

   Me and my husband celebrated birthdays and anniversary this month and Blue 11 made it so special for us. It feels like we are celebrating in our home with our families. We had a great time. The food is amazing and delicious. If I need to choose which one is my favorite, every dish is my favorite. The service was over the top. Thank you Chefs for an unforgettable dinner with you all. It’s so much fun and special. Wish you all the best as well. God Bless.

   This was an anniversary dinner for us. My wife and I each ordered the 11 course tasting menu. Each serving was exquisite and a work of art. Our server was perfect and very knowledgeable about the ingredients and preparation of each serving. The entire evening was a wonderful experience. It will be remembered as one of the Top 3 dinners we've shared in 26 years including a dinner we had in Paris on our honeymoon at the #1 rated restaurant in the world at the time, and an outstanding dinner we had in Rome Italy for our 20th anniversary. Yes, this dinner was that good.

   We celebrated a birthday here with their 7 course meal. The food was exceptional and every dish was an experience, including the vegetarian ones! The staff were kind, patient and added to the dining experience. Move this to the top of your St Thomas dining list!

   This was our 5th visit to Blue 11 over the past several years and each time has been memorable. Blue 11 is a foodie paradise. The tasting menu is awesome, each serving a delight. We had the 9 course tasting with the wine pairings providing the perfect compliment for each dish. It was a joy to see Jerry our server again this year. He was very attentive and knowledgeable.

   We had a great experience at Blue 11. We were able to get a spot at the chefs table where we were able to watch the chefs beautifully craft our different courses. We opted for the 9 course meal which was perfect. Our favorite dishes were the lobster and the jerk chicken. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and will come back the next time we visit St Thomas.
