   The atmosphere at Blu Prime is lovely. Food was good but not great. Overall, it does not seem worth the prices as there are other options around with better, more interesting food.

   We enjoyed everything about our dining experience at Blu. The restaurant is beautiful. The atmosphere was so pleasant and comfortable. Our waiter, Julian was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to be our server. The timing of all our drinks and food was perfect. The drinks were amazing. The food was 5 star!!! From the appetizers to the dessert. We were all very pleased with our very special birthday dinner for a friend. I couldn’t have been more impressed with our very enjoyable time. Thank you.

   I brought my wife here for her birthday, and we both agreed that this was the best newer dinner restaurant in town. The ambiance is upscale but not pretentious. I recommend without hesitation.

   Great ambiance, service, food and drinks. The 16 ounce New York Strip was excellent, one of the best steaks I have ever had. The lobster tail was delicious as well. We will definitely go back.

   The food was incredible! Our server, Michelle, and her team went out of their way to make our night fantastic. We were celebrating an anniversary and birthday and they made sure to make it a memorable occasion. We highly recommend this restaurant!

   There’s nothing better than blue prime, whatever your pallet asked for, be prepared to dine at the the finest restaurants in San Antonio north south or east of anywhere within 100 and 50 million mile radius of San Antonio. From the proficient hostess, who greeted us, to the wait person who attended to us, and all the staff in between, it was the most pleasurable experience we’ve had!  All in all, we have nothing but elation to say about our experience at prime blue.

   We had an excellent experience from the wine Sommelier down to our excellent waitress and the support staff. I think that they have made significant improvements since they opened. I’m really enjoying the new food offerings from the new head chef. We will definitely be returning.

   It is pretty good. The "ambiance" is definitely going for fancy modern, but for a nice dinner it almost borders too much on nightclub for my taste. We are happy we checked it out, and will definitely give it another shot. Food was good, prices are on par for what they purport to be. Service was on point, nice/friendly.

    We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Bailey during our visit, and we cannot say enough good things about her. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing. She had such a genuine smile and energy that made us feel right at home. Bailey knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. All through the dinner, she stayed calm, professional, and friendly. You could tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. Bailey went above and beyond, and it made our night that much more special. If you're lucky enough to have her as your server, you're in great hands! The only comment we have to make , and it has NOTHING to do with service, is the noise level. Last night music was a bit too loud. They had a piano player and she has a beautiful voice, but the sound level was too high for a upscale restaurant. We sat far from the piano and still had to raise our voice a bit to be heard across the table. Other than that, we will definitely go back but will ask the sound to sit in the other room.
