   Wait staff was rude, Noice level off the charts. Steak had no flavor for the price paid.

   The New York strip steak was so hard and we could not even cut it even after we switched knives. I really do not think it was a Prime meat. Probably some kind of London broil. We ordered two Filets and two Strips. After we talked to servers they refunded value if one. But nobody can refund our wages expected meal time on vacation.

   We chose BLT steakhouse for a nice dinner away from our all inclusive resort while visiting Turks and Caicos. We have eaten at other locations in the past and wanted to try this location. We had an amazing experience and will definitely return next year when we visit the island again. The location and decor is modern and very well appointed. The only negative was the noise level inside so we chose a table on their patio and it was magical. Dining alfresco with tables surrounded by lush palm trees on a warm spring night was perfect. The hostesses and waitstaff were pleasant and attentive even stopping to offer to take a photo of our family. The food was perfect their signature popovers gave only gotten better with time. We also we started with a complimentary amuse bouche of pate which was creamy and rich the rest of my party did partake so I indulged. The remainder of our meal was flawless steaks done perfectly. Food brought out to your table hot and fresh the waiters assistants ensured it was delivered on time. My only regret was that I didn’t get to try dessert because my seven year old was running low on batteries. We went as family and I can say that their children’s menu made it a great choice during our family vacation. My nine year old is still talking about the mocktail he had and the best filet mignon ever. If I could give them ten stars I would, five just wasn’t enough for the wonderful experience that we had.

   Nice place to eat if you are staying at the Ritz but it does not compare to an equivalent steakhouse in the states.

   Excellent service and attention to detail. Food was prepared with obvious talent. If possible, eat on the terrace for better ambience. It gets a bit noisy inside when busy.

    Monique took so good care of me and my company during our birthday dinner. She also has a singing voice of an angel. Amazing service, entire staff, and food was delicious. Highly recommend.
