   The place, food, and service are great; however, the music is a bit loud for a cozy dinner.

   Food was rich , but very good. Impressive whiskey selection and the service was excellent.

   Repeatedly dealing with a similar problem. Seated in a loud often interrupted area. Requested seating not honored, which is understandable at times. Repeatedly seated on the porch near hostess station. A mere 4 feet from people coming in the door and speaking with hostess. No one working there has the common sense to shut the doors to the porch for privacy from this area. Upon request, they did shut the door, but it was often opened and walked through by the hostess. and when the restaurant is very empty in the main dining room, why are we told that there is no seating available there? Why is the porch completely full and the dining room very empty? The porch is the least desirable place to sit because of the close tables and interruptions.It is loud and we are so close to other tables we can hear everyone’s conversation even if they shut the hostess door upon request. It seems as if the people working there either don’t care or are completely inconsiderate of making it a comfortable environment for people to enjoy a meal. Multiple people on the porch were thanking us for asking the waiter to shut the door when they should’ve thought of it themselves and they shouldn’t be seating so many people on the porch anyway! Food is good, Drinks are watered down. Please seat more people in the main dining room instead or move the tables apart on the porch and shut the door to the host station! We would come more often if this kind of service was presented.

   The service and food were ok. We are not sure if we’ll be back. We don’t know if it was the waiter’s first night or what? He took our order, and never stopped back to check in on us. The last check in was when he wanted to know if we wanted dessert and deliver check. It was very busy and very loud and I think they might have been short staffed. The manager was very nice and friendly. This was not our first time there. Although, it was our friends. They were not overly impressed with their meals. According to them, Their jambalaya and short ribs were a little on the dry side.

I am so sorry your server wasn't very attentive to your table; discussions will take place to address the concern. As far as the food - Short Ribs being one of our most favorited dishes - this will be corrected asap; normally not the case, so we appreciate you letting us know your thoughts. We are in the process of updating our menus to reflect the seasonal changes; new items will become available for Spring and Summer.     Really went downhill. The food was so salty it was barely edible, service was awful, dinner arrived one hour after we were seated. The menu was the same sad story, only 2 unappetizing specials. The drinks were also disappointing, flavorless ice water. Overall, not planning on ever going back.
