   We went to Bleu since it was the highest rated seafood restaurant in Burlington. It was very disappointing. The food is overpriced for what you get. Both salmon dishes were overcooked. For $38 you can get a much better meal in Burlington. There are so many good restaurants in the area, I wouldn't bother with this one again. Go next door to Juniper or Hen of the Wood.

   Service was excellent. Dishes were overpriced and skimpy , but variable . For example, the lobster roll was a disappointment, as were the tasteless oysters , but the steak tartare and the trout were excellent As for the noise level , it was horrible !!! Had to shout across the din, maybe because there was a large birthday party with kids , but even after they left , the acoustics were not the best . Not place for a quiet relaxing meal ..

   The food and beverages were delicious but the timing of the delivery of the food was way off. This was Father’s Day evening and it was not totally packed so we were surprised things were taking so long to come out to us.

   Love this spot for great seafood. Good for a date night or a family dinner and right downtown so you can enjoy the waterfront or Church Street before/after.

   Lovely setting. Terrific ambiance. Amazing server, Ryan, who attended to our every need. And the food was fantastic, beautifully prepared and plated. We will definitely return when in the area.

    Every meal we've eaten at Bleu has been delicious. The chef must be an award winning one because he sure knows how to cook every fish to perfection. From trout to lobster to fried clams to swordfish, every dish is flavorful and fresh. It's a dependable restaurant where you never have to worry what about the quality and flavor of the dish.
