   The food was delicious as always. Drinks took a little long to come out and we were seated outside right near the bar, but at least we had water. Food service was good, but I was a little disappointed that my daughter’s birthday wasn’t acknowledged. It was listed on our reservation and then we made sure to mention it (when she got carded) since no one acknowledged it. We were never asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu, nor was anything brought out for my daughter. The waitress just dropped off the check. We were there last month for my husband’s birthday and he was given a birthday dessert. We thought the waitress must have not heard us when we said it was her birthday. We were full anyways, so we didn’t bother asking about dessert. But then when we were leaving she said Happy Birthday! Kind of weird to not be asked about dessert when we were there to celebrate a birthday.

   Food overly salted, meat in a creamy unappealing concoction, menus were greasy, music was terribly loud. There were no organic options. Our Server did a good job but food was not worth the trip. Will not go there again.

   Food is delicious and you can mix and match with tacos and enchiladas. Drinks are excellent. Service was excellent.

   We had an issue with one of the meals. It just wasn’t what we expected. A manager came to see us and offered us anything else we wanted. Two of us had already finished, so we didn’t want to wait for another meal. The manager took the meal in question off the bill and offered us dessert. The other meals were very good and they really wanted to make sure we left happy.. We will definitely be back.

I am sorry the parking lot was challenging (Fridays are very busy), and you were not a fan of the chips. Sounds like the food could have been better as well.    We were there on a Sunday evening. It was pretty crowded when we first arrived. Our food took way too long to come and the people sitting down after us ended up getting food before we did. We were there to celebrate my son’s birthday and it just turned out to be a long drawn out waiting game. Our server kept forgetting about us and he would walk by our table and see our drinks were needing a refill but then didn’t come back to refill it after some time. I ended up canceling my order and the rest of the table kept theirs in. As soon as I cancelled my order the food came out 2 mins later - after waiting for about an hour and a half for food.

   We went this past Sunday to celebrate a friends birthday. The restaurant was crowded but there were still open tables. We have dined a number of times at the Scottsdale location and Peoria doesn’t come close to the overall experience. Obviously there was something off when a manager came to our table to apologize for the delay in our food order due to kitchen. Luckily our appetizer was the only food that was quick and helped us during the main dinner delay. Although our server was cordial and attentive, things didn’t improve. Food still took long time and mine was cool vs fajitas that were sizzling hot. Margarita compared to same one I get in Scottsdale was very different; appeared mixed incorrectly. We replaced with another drink. They did comp the desserts we ordered for birthday which was a nice gesture. Overall, the mood at the table was affected by the mistakes and delay thus the 2 stars vs compared to 5 stars for each time we’ve eaten at the Scottsdale location. Not a great experience for a nearly $200 meal.

We have standards for timing, and it absolutely seems we missed the mark. It does sound like a manager got involved, but it doesn't see we were able to correct the situation. For that, I am sorry.     Great food with reasonable prices. The Mexican Strren Corn and the Sweet Corn Tamale are excellent appetizers!
